Before you book coaching
Drivers need to have completed one of the online Kart Class programs before any one to one on track session. That is not a formality. It means the driver already has the vocabulary and the reference points Sera works from, so the day at the circuit is spent correcting real problems rather than covering ground that a video could have covered. A $250 deposit confirms a booking, with the balance settled on the day, and cancellations inside 48 hours are charged the deposit.
What to include
The more detail in the first message, the more useful the reply. Worth including: the driver's age and class, how long they have been racing, which circuits they run at, what the current lap times look like against the front of the field, and what specifically feels like the limiting factor. If there is onboard footage, say so.
For race team enquiries, say which class the driver is in and which championship you are aiming at. For kart enquiries, say which class the chassis is for.
Enquiries are usually answered within a couple of days. If it is time critical, because an entry closes or a round is coming up, phone rather than email and say so at the start of the message.
